bah ha ha!

Today I gave my students a composition assignment. They have to shoot pictures and incorporate elements of design such as line, focal point and symmetry. As I was talking about symmetry one student said “It’s hard to find symmetry! Asymmetry is WAY easier!” I scoffed. Then I said “There is symmetry everywhere! Your face is symmetrical! Trees are symmetrical!” And finally, after working myself up, I bellowed “Your MOM is symmetrical!” Then I LOL’ed all over the place.

I love my job.
