Aguardente De Cana
Worked with Kimberly and Vanessa today. It was a slow day at the office, probably because the US economy is collapsing. I stayed late and tried to get the security camera to work, with no luck. When I got home, around 10, Sasha called, and was really sad…we talked for a while about Jordan, and relationships in general. After I talked to her, Rach called and we talked for almost an hour. She’s at her grandmothers house in New Hampshire, and is going to the hospital tomorrow for her CAT scan of her lungs. She had take a few pain medications, and was especially adorable.
I finally opened that can of aguardente de cana that’s been in my fridge since Christmas. I took a huge gulp thinking it would be similar to soda water, only to find out it’s pure cachaça. I made it into a drink with sugar and some citrus rum, and now I can barely type.
I’m calling the hospital tomorrow to schedule an appointment to have my heart checked out.
